How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by card at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days in major cities and 5 to 7 working days elsewhere. Each brand ships from its own stock, so items from different brands may arrive separately.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive the courier and tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
If the colour or design is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Unstitched fabric that has been cut cannot be returned.
How do refunds work?
Once the brand receives the item, your refund is processed within 5 working days by bank transfer or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
Products & sizing
Are the products original?
Every product is listed and shipped by the brand itself, straight from its own store.
Which size should I choose?
Each brand has its own size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, message us and we will check with the brand for you.
